As Monoceros said, this is one of the best communities around the web, with users from all the world. I love this community.

There have been ups and downs (but mostly ups) along the way and much credit is to be given for keeping the community alive (Iceman, wingzfan99, Eric just to name a few; the current version of the forums has been implemented in large due to the efforts of wingzfan99 and Eric, but I'm sure there are some others behind the scenes) and of course the multitude of addon and from-scratch makers cannot be ignored either (all the way from the Skyline/Owl/Taskforce 58 days to now with decaff, Gunny, Patrick, Dan and Dave, Monoceros, NajmiCreative, AdityaB, etc. I know I'm forgetting several out there but long story short, the list has expanded quite a bit. There's also been a revival in the aerobatics and airshow spectrum (just had one with Coop's AirExpo - first annual and VNAF's AirFest, unfortunately his last one but quite the show as always).
You may be just discovering all of this so yes, quite a bit to take in all at once, but the game itself has undergone some big changes, and of course many new entrants have been coming up with quality addons and repaints. Take your time finding your way 'round the YSFHQ goody bag! Hope you like it here

Turbofan's Terminal updated! New information on home page and WIP for 2020! Check it out!
My two cents:
Most over-used phrase of 2020: "New normal". Can we stop with that already? Pandemics do not last forever, and things will eventually go back to normal.
