YSFHQ Official Addon Request List

Post by dbd000 »

Hey All

Just letting everyone know that I've set up a Google spreadsheet for making addon requests and for applying to make one or more of the addons listed.

This should make things a little bit easier in finding out who's doing what and what is most requested. The modder who has applied to make an addon can make notes on what stage they are up to. The aircraft, operator, livery and requesting user are all included in the repaint tab on the spreadsheet.

Here's the link:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

Anyone who clicks on the link should be able to edit this spreadsheet.

Dixon, It'd be best to delete this, set up a Google Form, and give read permissions to the Spreadsheet that the form outputs to. I can set one up for you if you want.

That aside, this is a good idea.

There are many repaints now on the list to choose from... Please check back here regularly to request new repaints or apply to do one of the repaints from the list.

NOTE: You may request repaints of any aircraft... Including Fictional. (NOTE IN A NOTE: Fictional Repaints Don't Require A Reference Image Unless Based On Other Repaint/Real Aircraft)

I might actually take up one or two, as I've been picking up the pace on my repainting.

UPDATE: If you would like to see a repaint already on this list you can add a +* to the original user's request. This will help to show which are the most popular requests. All requests with a +* have the requesting user in bold.
If the operator is a VA it will be in italics.

EDIT: Suggestions on how this could be improved would be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to leave your own request or put your name down to do a repaint. Suggestions on how to improve this spreadsheet are welcome.

Over 120 Requests!!! It's just insane the amount of repaints there are to choose from!

Be sure to check this spreadsheet regularly and keep up to date with the latest requests and very soon we'll have almost every real world repaint, plus some more fictional, in Ysflight!

Happy flying/modding/painting everyone!

EDIT: Repaints with 10 or more users requesting have been highlighted with blue text.

Multiple requests have been highlighted as the number of requests gradually rises. Only a few of the requests have been undertaken so far and I recommend checking out the ones that you think you could potentially make for the community.

Just to let YSFan and +8 other know, World Airlines a330 no more wear Nation Alliance livery.
A350, A380 and 787-9 wear that livery instead. But to make that livery is easy. I can make it for you ;)
The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.

160 Requests Open To All Modders!!!

At this stage we have so many requests that I propose a competition in which members of the community will nominate their favourite repaint (the most requested repaint may not be the best option) and the repaint with the most nominations will be crowned "best requested repaint." Anyone is able to participate and each repaint cannot be made by multiple users.

Good luck to all that wish to participate!

Happy Painting!

For everyone's information: The two main reasons for this competition are the amount of requests posted and the fact we haven't had many modders heading in and applying to fulfill those requests.

The deadline for repaint completion is Wednesday the 5th of July (West of date line/NZT) or 4th of July (East of date line/Pacific through GMT) depending on where you live.

We have already had a few scenery requests come in and we are still looking for modders who can paint some of the submitted aircraft. Enjoy.

Happy modding!

Do you mean you are working with the one Dan made, or working with my modification to Dan's with moving parts, or that you are making a new SR-22 model from scratch?

Gloster Gladiator!!! :)

Hi all
I've just created a form which users can request modders to improve a product :)
Happy Modding.
