Why you not use "Trim Up"/"Trim Down" keys for trim it? I tested this dat file at 270 IAS at 1,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45 thousand feet and the AoA stayed rock steady!

First flight in a 748F from Riyadh to Kuwait City
Second flight from Dubai to ??? Got lost at Mach 2.2 due to missing VORs on my end, but Turbofan got me landed.
