This is just a small project I did to see how efficient blender is with map making. There are a
TON of new ground objects that are mainly air show-oriented. Some .srf files are as large as 2,000 KB. In addition, there are over 5,000 trees and over 2,000 houses which gives this map some major detail. Unfortunately, there is only 1 map file which is the airshow version. Check it out and sent me pictures!
Prerequisites: My
old ground object pack and my
new ground object pack.

It's just...AWESOME

The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.

I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

I love this map! I think that this is the right amount of detail in the houses, crowd, etc. Although I really wish this map is bigger so I can fly a small jet around.
Tip: Use GA planes on this map

I did not place down each individual item/object, I have them in 1 giant ground object, so you should see a better FPS. Try it out!

To answer some people's question, the frame rate is at its best (50~60fps) with my 1.6ghz computer with 6mb ram. It should be good for everyone else.
