Cinco's Intro

Post by Deleted User 3135 »

Hello there! My name is Cinco. I'm not really into intros but I might as well just explain who I am and why I joined the forums.

I joined the YSFHQ forums on September 11th, 2017. A factor that got me into YSFlight is when a friend told me about the simulator. I pretty much downloaded just out of curiosity and now I play it two or three times a week with my friends. And I also discovered the forums myself thinking there was a platform where I can communicate with others and seeing if I can get better in the simulator.

I am part of the Civil Air Patrol as a Cadet Senior Master Sergeant with a passion to become an instructor of some type. I am also part of the Rancho High School Aviation Magnet Program in Nevada. Then there is the aircraft part. If you can see my profile, my favorite aircraft is the F-86 Sabre because of the fact my grandfather maintaining them during the Vietnam War.

And that pretty much sums up my introduction to the forums. If you like to talk to me, I'll be happy to at least be friends to you. And if I sent this to the wrong place, then I can get out myself.

I don't have my license but I had experiences with Cessna 172's in CAP. And you can assume my birthday is on that day. I know the joke. ;)

...Please read his first post. He is not bringing this flight simulator to train anybody. I don't think this sim could ever be rated in the first place. He is also not bringing anybody else from CAP, he just happens to be from it. He is here to enjoy YS just like the rest of us. :)

But i was talking about flightsim in general. Im an intern in a national airlines and we use a brand of flightsim, with massive extension both hardware and software, to gain feedback from pilots about new situations (new airports in the route with limited runway width, etc.)

Not ys, but ys is like the grandson of professional flight sims

Also there might be another professional, not only CAP, that would join us in the future...

Ok, since there is confusion on who I am, might as well make some clarifications. If you can see that I attend at a high school, you can assume that I am not old enough yet to fly. And I am cadet in CAP. That doesn't automatically mean I am a pilot. And Kujo is the one that referred to me about YSFlight. I found the forums myself just for the sake of curiosity. Again, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM!

Great to see someone has experience with real plane on this forum! Big welcome :D
The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.
