windows install fail

Tried to install the 2015 version of YS and got this message=
Fail message.png
also I get conflicting version documentation in the zip ereadme and readme file, one says 2015 the other 2013. Downloaded from YSUload zip file extension R4789. Is there a method That I could bypass that failed installer? I have had nothing but problems with it from the beginning :evil:

Pull the SETUP.EXE file into a folder or to your desktop. Right click Setup.exe > 7zip > Extract to "SETUP\". Now you can rename the newly-created SETUP folder to YSFLIGHT and move it where you need it.
