The newest version isn't worth it. It's incompatible with existing servers, reduces performance, and adds bugs with very little meaningful change. Stick with 2015

Also, please edit your post rather than posting multiple times in a row

My tutorial video shows how to install YSF manually.
You will need 7zip, but in my opinion, everybody should install 7zip as soon as their new computer is running.

I downloaded the newest version of YSF and tried to manually extract it using the method in my tutorial video. It worked.

Edit to ask: Are you using Windows 10? I never saw an answer to that question. Since it looks like you used a third party snipping tool instead of the Snipping Tool built into Windows 10, it made me wonder.
