Actually, I have been flying formation is dcs/fsx/p3d and now ysflight for over 8 years, and I have become a skilled flight lead, (I wouldn't have made a comment if I didn't think that I could lead) the reason I mentioned bringing in newbies, is because of the way I got brought into the community, they were like, "ew, no its a newbie" and I never got involved in anything until a team took me under their wing, and got me into shape, and now, here I am almost 9 years later, and playing across 4 platforms, as a skilled flight lead, and soloist, so, uh, yea, don't go making comments you can't prove.
