My scenery and planes are doubled? It's just irritating to look at those...Please help me...
In the search results, everything is doubled. Two Hawaii maps, two 777's, etc;.

check your aircraft and Scenery folders to see if the *.lst files are doubled.

YS loads .lst files from the local folder it's in as well as My Documents/YSFLIGHT.COM/YSFLIGHT
You may have a build installed in My Documents that it's loading
