Minor guidance required regarding using theScenery Editor
I have some doubts regarding the scenery editor:
1) How to make perfect runways?
2) Where to download the 2012 version (I have the 2018 version)
3) Can I elevate an airport after making one?
I am planning to release a new map (My first one!)
I may be late in replying(I am 15, so I don't use my laptop often, and I don't have WiFi ,so please bear with me)

PatN has a video tutorial about runways here viewtopic.php?t=7818. I suggest browsing the Scenedit tutorial subforum here viewforum.php?f=299
If you make the airport in a child scenery (Edit > Insert > Child Scenery) then insert map frames, rectangles, and ground objects (while the child scenery is selected), it will add them to the child scenery. You can then move the child scenery around and the whole airport will move as one. It's easy to unselect the child scenery and accidentally add objects to the main scenery. You can transfer them into the child scenery, but it's more work. I recommend building the airport in its own file and saving it as a .fld. You can then File > Import > Scenery (I think that's the menu path) and pop the entire airport as one unit into your map.
Soji included a bunch of prebuilt airports, I think they're bundled with Scenedit2009 but if not I can upload them. They're a good reference to have a look at
For elevating airports, have a look at stock N.Kyusyu. You'll need to add an elevation grid and then select the faces the airport sits on and do Elevation Grid > Make Protected Picture From Selected Face, otherwise the elevation grid renders at a higher priority than the .pc2 elements (rectangle, polygon, lights, etc)
All of these menu paths are for 2009. 2018 changed the menu layout somewhat
