Re: YSAS Air Race - Sign Up!
Teams wont help you in anyway so there is no point in making one, as there are NO back up pilots. 1 sign up 1 pilot.

2.There should be three heats like in NFS prosteet, guys get three chances to post the bet time and whoever has the best overall performance would be king.
3.How are you gonna time us?With a stopwatch?
4.to keep lag down only the racers should be on the map the rest should watch from observer mode.
5.get a security team to make sure no racer is shot down.
P.S These are only suggestions

Re: YSAS Air Race - Sign Up!
1: You're right, I'm not saying you can't make a team of friends, train together, fly together. You just have to have different looking aircraft, if teams are made I don't see how it will effect the racing. It's not like Formula 1 where team mates points are added together to get the team points. ONE pilot, ONE plane, ONE winner. ONLY single pilots get points, NO team points. So if you and your friends make a 'team' it wont change anything. It WON'T effect the outcome of a race.Crazypilot wrote:1.As vandal said no teams only sponsers and I would have liked it if all the planes could fly at once that way it would be faster.

2: There will be 3 heats, READ THE FIRST POST FULLY, and you will see how they are run.
3: Yes stopwatch.
4: This will be run like any YSAS air show, INFACT it will take places during the air show, not at the same time as other acts. There will be NO other planes flying apart from racers.
5: No need for security.
If there is one thing I hate, that is repeating myself.
Any more questions? READ THE FIRST POST IN THE TOPIC 3 TIMES BEFORE YOU ASK.

There should be a badge for people who are starting to talk too much to the point of being annoying.Crazypilot wrote:There should be a championship title badge which goes along with your name every time you post.

Re: YSAS Air Race - Sign Up!
Oh, a practice map is up for download get it here
Even though it is on the Hawaii map, it will be the same course on but on the Air show map. It may change in terms of orientation but the route will stay the same.
Gennaro is back on the pilot list.
