HQP/GAC A-6 / EA-6B

Post by Taskforce 58 » Tue Jul 19, 2011 12:35 am

Based on Iceman's 171 A-6, which in turn was based on the GAC version. Heavily modified to fix the fuselage (mostly on the intake and engine area). Wings, stabilizers, tail and landing gears are also re-done from scratch. Still very much a work in progress, but good enough for carrier trials.

Oh. I see what you did there, in that folding wing.

Very nice.

nice and pretty.

i like the innards of the wing
They say that he feeds upon the tears of newbs, and that he spent an entire day feeding an effigy of Ricm into a desk fan. All we know is, he's called Animal.

If God had wanted the army to fly, he would have made the sky brown.
If God meant man to fly, He'd have given us bigger wallets.
If God had meant for men to fly he would have made their bones hollow and not their heads.

Wow that looks amazing.

That was Iceman's, it's on the 171 A-6 which I used as the base model.

Looks like a high-poly addon, only it isn't.

I've decided to expand this to include the EA-6B Prowler, since it is just a matter of taking the GAC Prowler's canopy, crafting a new nose for my A-6, and add the ECM housing on the tail.
