Silly Capitalist switching to NATO team, they do not know the power of the Motherland Russia. Take me in for Mig-21 Slot 2, I will show these NATO clowns what it means to be Russian.

3 more slots until I open the extras pool, and start balancing teams. Apply ASAP folks.

We are adding another slot to each team named "wild card". The wild card pilot is allowed to fly any aircraft from their respective side.

Wow but why the benches if there are still some slots open?Benches for those who are to late to sign up when slots were open?

If one of the pilots in the main slot doesn't show up, then a pilot in the bench line-up will take his spot.

Just my 2 cent opinion, but I think it's wise to have in such a big team a tactical operator who doesn't fly and just send orders/advice to the others.

Good Idea! That would be mission control but the team leader should devise a plan BEFORE the showdown begins.

In 171st experience, having the team director/leader fly with the team works fine. Bomb will do it for NATO, and if no one is willing to do it for WARPAC I'll find a 171st member to do it.
