that you can handle yourself. Although as I was saying, private things should stay private. Why announce where you're hiding something?

aragorn, as long as you know you're not going to store the plane here we're good

okay then. Just want to remind everyone, please check back to the first post occasionally to see if a rule has been added/clarified. I'll probably mention something in a post as a head's up when that happens.

Now I'm going to get myself a chocolate milkshake and enjoy some of this live jazz. Also as aragorn indicated we are near (although not attached to) an airport. Sera's Sky Cafe is therefore an awesome place to take in the sights of planes on approach.

Any requests?

I think I'm gonna open up with some Maynard Ferguson, then we'll see where it goes from there.

*Enters dorm* Wow, what a great place! Let's go looking for number 77... *Walks in the direction of the 60-80 sign, branches off to 70-80, and quickly finds his room.* Well, well, let's see if they gave me the right key... *opens door and looks at the 20 m² of space in the room* Wow, really big in here! Let's see, my Fjellse bed comes there in the corner, my BESTÅ in front of the window, luckily facing north, I don't want the sun facing me while on the comp, or while studying! Oh damn, I need to go to school. Ill do the rest at another time, I'll see you guys later!

okay, just so you guys know we do have shades built into the windows-just press the button beside the window and they'll come down or up. There is also a window tinting option so you can enjoy the view without the glare. I saw an ad for it once and thought it was cool.

also, we have doughnuts and muffins in the cafe-fresh and warm

Jazz trumpet means Miles Davis to me.

Solea, from Sketches of Spain. Truly magical.

Morning everybody!

I'm putting together a set list for the next jazz night.

Looking at including some of tunes from Maynard Ferguson, Stan Kenton, Miles Davis, Arturo Sandoval, Pat Metheny, and anything you all suggest/request.

Unless we just want to keep it going, and I'll follow up with something a little more chill..

*Pulls up in the whip and goes inside the dorm to get a luggage cart.*

What a nice new spot.

*Opens the door to room 2 on the first floor, puts up a 171st poster, and relaxes.*

118 is now the Jazz room. Musicians use it to practise.

Sounds fair enough. I have a small amp for my axe and mute pads for the drums. I could learn Jazz if I really felt like it. :D

I prefer the old dorm better. Just too many restrictions for me.
