Hell, I remember when the Blue Angels were playin' around in these babies!
Some Airman was working on a ladder against a hangar at MCAS Albany, GA
(Now Defunct) tried to say they got blue paint under a fingernail when the
Pilots came screamin' around the corner of said hangar before an AirShow.

Remember, gents, the F-4 Phantom has it where it counts - real kills. The jet benefited from a combination of capability, training, and luck which were unmatched more often than not on the world's battlefields.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the MiG parts quote is from Bomb Hope during the Vietnam war in reference to the exceptionally successful 8th TFW, led by Robin Olds and equipped with the F-4 Phantom.
