LAST MINUTE UPDATES!!!!

1. ATC is going by the manual created by Welshy foud here.

2. We will have TWO controllers. One will control Tower (anything in the air within 10 nm) and the other will control ground. The Tower will handle approach and departure up util the aircraft has safely landed. At that point, he will instruct the pilot to "Contact Ground". The Pilot will connect to the Ground Channel on TS3* and begin ground operations. Ground will handover control to the Tower ("Contact Tower") once the aircraft is holding short for the runway.

3. Parking is to be on the Tarmac connected to Scenic 1/2.

4. The airshow display line is going to be RWY 8L/26R.

5. Attach your call sign to your username. EX. aragorn15[A15]

6. Call sign should take the first letter of your username and any numbers in that name. If you don't have any numbers in your name, randomly choose some.

7. For departure, an aircraft that is low on fuel may re-spawn from Scenic 1/2.

*TS3 is NECESSARY for this event. YS chat takes to long and will create way to much lag.

I think Kilo is right basically a military aircraft is an aircraft being active in the military and the F-4 is ok since its retired , but i dunno bout the F-16,F-18 and the Apache since from what i know they are active military aircraft .

F/A-18, F-16C, AH-64 are all active duty. They're out. However, the Blue Angels F-4 is perfectly fine. Just make sure to avoid passing people or smashing people...you get the point. :D

Yep. Wingz never showed up and KIlo was late. However, everyone should salute acf492 for performing a nearly hour and a half flight just to get to PHNL. Thanks to all the pilots who showed up and flew during the demo portion of the event. I'll create a thread for discussing the event.
