There might be other paint schemes / variants that are not finished yet, and therefore the whole package is not ready to be released.

CHF has never been known to be in a hurry.And the level of detail in his models take some time and research.Not to mention they are still recovering from a devastating quake and tsunamis even now.So its not to surprising really.

If the worst had happened there would have been a memoriam notice from the community there.
And as far as I know none of the Japanese YS community has suffered a death due to the quake.
