I do not believe it is a 707, as a 707 has longer turbofans, and has dual landing gear carriage.

This is a fun one with an interesting background story

I can assure you this picture is a picture of one aircraft. I just blacked out most of the aircraft itself. The light grey rectangular line on the left is just some markings on the ground that you can ignore.

This is one of those that if you knew it before, then you'll recognize it right away. But if you haven't heard about it, you'll have a hard time researching it.
