Nope.

OK more hints:
1) Yes it's DC-something.
2) The aircraft has a Hong Kong connection. Gimi you might be interested in looking this up.

And only the right wing of a DC-2.

(To the rest of you - look again at my original picture. The right wingtip is a different shape, which is rounder and shorter)

It looks so much like the Yak-40 yet so different. The general shape is right but the number of engines (at least perhaps placement vs area shown in pic) and the elevator's are way off.

the tristar is not the correct aircraft. Since it's so hard, I'll give you a hint: It never got off the drawing board. If you read lots of wikipedia on aircraft, you should get this by now. if no one gets it in 5 more guesses, I'll show the full picture.
