HH-65 Dolphin USCG

Post by CharleyHotel » Sat Mar 26, 2011 10:13 pm

I searched for this and was surprised that there wasn't a model out there. It would be awesome if a rescue basket/swimmer could be lowered as a bomb bay function.

The CVW-171st has a birdfarm quality version of it (unreleased), you could ask Ice to release the mesh maybe.

Ya...I'll have to see about that...probably run it through my CO because I'd use it for the 367th YSCG unit.

There are a number of rescue helos in Ys that have that capability I think Taco has a pack with some in it but will need repainting to specs.

The RNAF_AB-212_SAR from YSMajor has that function, use the page up/page down buttons.

Ya problem is that's not an accurate Coast Guard aircraft...I could see if I could get permission to paint it into colors, but really I'd prefer to have accurate aircraft.

Well Chunt thats going to be a problem for your squad.
There is a limited number of proper current USCG helos available to ys at the moment since they removed the Huey from service.

I might go with the Huey since there are some good SAR models out there I could paint. There's an HH-60 already in right colors, so I'm seeing if I can find someone to put a basket on it.

Check the Birdfarm Release in the Aircraft releases subsection.
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

I think Ice has an as565 panther, which is essentially the same whirly bird, in birdfarm somewhere. duno if he ever released the blank
They say that he feeds upon the tears of newbs, and that he spent an entire day feeding an effigy of Ricm into a desk fan. All we know is, he's called Animal.
