At least that's what I've been doing when I setup strong crosswinds.

Re: Hello YSFHQ :)
I guess building a rudder to go with it can't be that hard, right?

Trust me mate. I have been trying to make a knex (google it) rudder system since i started YSF (3 or4 yrs ago). So far I fail.

Re: Hello YSFHQ :)
It just happens that my baby daughter was born in July 2011 and I haven't had much time to have fun only on my own.
Now that summer vacations are here I thought that I could take the rusty 5-year-old laptop out of the closet and give YSF another go.
I am mostly interested in simulation. I like to do things on a PC as much close to reality as I can.
For that I was thinking that maybe I could fly from LAX to LIS, communicating with traffic control, etc.
From what I understand, there still isn't any world scenery (terrasync?) like there is in FG

Big bummer. Is the developer working on it, or isn't it gonna happen?
So I am a bit puzzled: what do you guys do with YSF in multiplayer mode?
As I understand, you have virtual airlines. Those airlines must fly from A to B, right? Is there someone coordinating the air traffic? Does ATC work? Where can I get all this info?
I wouldn't mind to do some dog-fighting also but civilian is my preferred.
Thanks in advance to any tips you can give me.
Cheers
