Similar, but not quite
It's a prototype of a private jet called the "the-jet" by Cirrus. I remember seeing this a while back in a magazine.
The V-tail engine, and rear cabin shape gave me all the hints to remember this guy. Kinda of an interesting design.

As you can tell from the markings, it was a US plane.
A hint: prototype aircraft that never went into production.
The bottom left of the picture should provide another hint
