In recognition of...

Post by Shutter » Wed Jan 09, 2013 4:42 am

Hey guys, as you all know, wingzfan has been contributing HUGELY to the overall YSflight community, allowing for free and excellent addon hosting and developing all of YSU's relevant features. He's also gone above and beyond the call of duty on the forum, handling the civ section when we were at a bit of a loss as to what should be done with it.

So because of this, and in the spirit of continually upgrading our forum's ability to swiftly do what needs be done, we've bumped wingz up to full on site administrator. This means he will have free reign to do as he judges best with the forum, and what he does will largely correlate to what I have recently been doing.

Similarly, we have bumped up doomsday, albeit for a rather different set of reasons; he's still among our most active, is taking the lead in the combat sections, and has been my go-to man for many forum related decisions and endeavours. He's always been willing to help and a lot of the stuff that I've managed to do for the forum only ever happened because he was there to haul as much ass as me, without ever asking for any credit.

Anyways, welcome to the team guys, I hope we can do some cool stuff together.

Thank you for the kind words, shutter.

And now it's time for my master plan to be put into effect.

My general rant: I will call them blended winglets, not Sharklets; There is no CEO, it's just simply put, an Airbus 319/320/321, or the 320NEO, 321NEO etc. I didn't land IN DAL, I landed AT DAL. On the other hand, I did land in Dallas.

Thanks for the compliments, guys... but lets also make sure we're giving Doomsday the credit he deserves as well :D Really since he's the combat guy I think he deserves alot more credit than I do, given the difficulties we've been working through recently with that section.

MD5, though we appreciate the enthusiasm, this is the second time in little under 3 days you've bumped an old thread. (the other being iqmals leave thread)

Please don't bump old threads without substantial contribution. It's annoying.

Check the post dates up the top and if in doubt, don't post in that thread. ;)
