Callsign Basco Ready for Takeoff

Post by Basco » Sat Feb 23, 2013 2:20 am

Wwll hello there my fellow pilots of the virtual skies! I hope to get a hang of both YS Flight and the YSFHQ Forum Boards.

Why ain't that rude of me, I forgot to tell you guys a little bit about myself, well why not.

Alright, I am currently a Skydiver (nearly at 80 skydives so far) and a Hobby Pilot that only has about 150 Hours in a Cessna 152 (my favorite single engine prop-driven aircraft)I am Currently 4 months from being shipped out to the 8 1/2 week US Air Force Basic Military Training (BMT) at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX with my goal of either becoming a Combat Aviator or a member of the Security Forces. Since I recently left the Auxiliary as a Captain I already know I have to respect the ones above me and set an example to those below me, rank-wise.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone here and be great friends! (wingmen maybe?)

Well hello there Basco.

Welcome to HQ! :D Hopefully you will enjoy your time here in HQ and in the virtual skies!

All the best for your BMT as well, sir (no trashy memories, at least). We all hope that we can see you in the servers soon!

Sorry for the late reply!

Thanks a bunch NightRaven I will make sure NOT to have any trashy memories while I'm there (It will be different when there is a MTI in your face) but it will be a very rewarding experience.

Thanks for the welcomes!

Hiya Basco. How'd you find out about us?
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

@NavyGator: Thanks! :D

@Flake: I used to be an F-15C Demonstration pilot in Lock On Flaming Cliffs/FSX. I had a friend in New york that recommended me to play YS Flight. As for the forums, I used to download ALOT of addons (both aircraft,maps, weapons,etc) from the previous YSPilots sites, then I heard you guys were moving to a new address YSFHQ(dot)com.
