International Servers

Post by Papa_Goose » Fri Apr 05, 2013 3:43 am

Can someone compile a master list of the international servers. I know about japans 2ch servers, but I'd like to start flying on korean or indonesian servers also.

We can't really add servers to the server list without the server owners permission, as our bot consistently checks them.

Any server we yet know of has been listed here in the past though.

But yeah, please feel free to go do it yourself.
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

I also know that the majority of servers in South Korea are hosted privately using Hamachi by squadrons themselves for training, dogfights etc. So you wouldn't actually be able to put it on the server list anyway.

Why don't they host it normally instead of through Hamachi?

Easier for them to run it that way.

I don't know about you, but I think what he's trying to say is that he wants the compiled server IP addresses in one place (e.g. here) instead of adding them to the server list itself.

And so they can keep it invite only. It took me a good few weeks before they invited me onto their server.
