The 323rd EAW (Expeditionary Air Wing) is a multi-role, Ground attack and carrier based squadron formed back in 2011. In the 323rd we strive for excellence in everything we do providing a great place for training and combat skills is our target which we will shoot down!
Squadrons of the 323rd
100 AS (Air Superiority) Squadron
100 AS is our main frontline squadron using aircraft such as the f-15C, F-16C, Su-35 and Typhoon F2. The squadron specialises in dogfighting and QRA (Quick Reaction Alert).
201st GA (Ground Attack) Squadron
201st GA is our ground attack squadron using aircraft such as the F-15E, AMX and A-10. The squadron specialises in air to ground and bombing targets.
367th (R) Squadron
367th is our training squadron using the Hawk T2 and T-45 goshawk. The squadron provides thorough combat training which can last from 6 months to a year. 367th's main goal is to take in new recruits and turn them into fully fledged combat pilots ready for OCU in the 323rd's frontline squadrons.
800th NAS (Naval Air Squadron
800th NAS is our carrier based squadron using the VTOl AV-8B, buccaneer, F-14d, F-18e/f, Jas-39 gripen and the AH-64d. The squadron specialises in carrier operations, providing a great asset to the 323rd.
