The shading looks real neat there, Something that, I'll be honest, you aren't always the best at.

Have you been learning? :D
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!

So wait, what is this cockpit for?

I dont mind you using bits of the cockpit, but i'd prefer you to be a bit more creative than simply copying and pasting the srfs from the vulcan cockpit. those two side panels make it look like youve just taken the srf for the front cockpit display, scaled it, and pasted it on either side of that panel.

With the way thats been put together by the looks of that screenshot, hopefully you can understand that it feels like you are taking the piss a little?

no no no lordflash. i just want it look more space like cockpit and your detail modding. it make the model look good. i have only use some of your vulcan parts because i wanted the model look a nice steady space cockpit.

I appreciate it will make the model look good, without blowing my own trumpet my interior work for YS models is nigh on unparralelled. However, those look to me like front panels from vulcan cockpits crudely plastered on the sides.

i did that because it was the right scale to use it on and someone on here said why reinvent the wheel.
plus it instead of me messing up my own cockpit.

So what i understand from that is you are unwilling to make mistakes of which you could learn from and enchance your skills as a modder?

Like I said, i dont mind you using peices from my models, but this is a lazy effort to say the least.

I dont care. defacing my vulcan cockpit is like drawing a penis on the mona lisa. Persist, and you shall prevail.

So has everyone who started somewhere in modding. If you take people existing work and slap it on your work, you won't improve at all. Just take small steps at a time when making a cockpit, once you get the hang of it, it will become easier.

Nice work, looks Better. However, I detect maybe a loss of creativity in the top left corner?
looks suspiciously like one has cloned and scaled other areas in the cockpit. Just sayin' ;)
