We are the Kite Virtual Air Force in ysflight. we do heavy training and mission so you become the best pilot you can be. You be instructed by CEO by Tigershark also by MD5RAY01 for your training. The mission will be air to air or air to ground. the Kite Virtual Air Force have 7 sqn in the fleet. They're called 633_bees, 709_Matrix, 714_scorpion, 722_snakes, 774_tiger, 781_bears, 793_seals a and xxx_ghost. You can find out more information on the Squadrons bit.

come on guys .Give this squadron a chance .I am trying my best and hardest to bring this squadron up and additive but it can't because of you guys not signing up.why the Kvaf is not additive because no members . I would like members in Kvaf because it would make this ysflight squadron more additive and it give Kvaf a little bit of awesomeness on ysfhq.

Zak you need to actively invite people to recruit, don't just expect people to join up via you bitching without seeing you lot and flying with you lot!!!

Big harsh Welshy, but true point . Get the KVAF on a server and do sorties, e.g. enemy bomber incoming to Honolulu, intercept and kill fighter escorts. Or do a ground attack mission something like that. Make us see you first. If you succeed at doing that, I am sure that you will get more members. Good luck.

Zak may I suggest a little thing with constructive criticism.

Your recruitment topic is a good start but probably one of the main reasons that potential aircrew are getting 'put-off' from joining your squadron. May I suggest that you take a bit more time on your recruitment topic. Add more meaningful pictures. Instead of having 10 pictures of each aircraft, make one big picture. Instead of a long line of text, spilt it up into paragraphs. Leave out unnecessary things such as the ranks list or better yet make pictures of your ranks. Use the preview button before you post it, and look at it through a potential pilots (or anyone else reading it) eyes. Give it a final proof-read and spell-check it. People pick up on even the tiniest of mistakes, and it can show that the person posting has a lack of attention to detail. I may or may not have covered everything about recruitment topics but you should (hopefully) get the idea.

You want to show off the best of your squadron, and lines of text with no meaning will not do that. I am sure some of the Combat veterans of h.q. would say something quite similar.

I agree with Dave, Alpha star and Welshy. Don't forget that it is a flight sim, not only do you have to recruit inside the forum but you also need to be active on the servers. I have only seen you maybe two or four times on a server.

I like the way the 323rd are doing things. They start their server up every weekend and train. This past weekend we had a Red Vs Blue war (Unorganized) but it was still fun, and a lot of people got involved. You could follow this example, maybe start up a server every now and then.

Also Just because you started the squadron doesn't mean that you have all the skill. Flying frequently, challenging other players to dogfights, and participating in ground attack will earn you those skills. Practice makes perfect.

Be more involved.
