Nice work.

Just something small, here is my new airport firetruck and follow me car. These are not high detailed. Not everyone on this forum mods in high detail.

They look pretty good to me. Better than my fire truck ground object.

And speaking of low-detail addons and my fire truck ground object*, you will soon be able to see it at some of the 68 air fields on this map:

*That's called a segue.

Looks like several thousand routes in there.
The colors are similar to something I've seen before... making Andros looks somewhat like Oahu. A second Hawaii!

dang! That is a big map. VA's are gonna have a fun time with that! Are there any military installations? they are a part of NATO so perhaps a red and blue nato exercise fleet might be a fun thing to have there?

The only military base I know of is the Auxiliary Air Force Base on Grand Bahama. I will add a couple of fleets, IFF1 and 3. I'll put the IFF1 fleet near Ocean Cay and the IFF3 fleet far enough south of Cay Sal to not bother navigation and be near where the northern coast of Cuba would be... ;)

There really won't.

I didn't rule out a full-scale Caribbean map.

I'm just going to make a second map with a red sky and call it the "Red Dawn" edition.

-- Thu Jul 10, 2014 12:54 am --

I'm not really working on this, I just threw it all together to see what it would look like. If I ever do make this map, I won't include the Azores. Nassau to San Juan is nearly 1,400 miles, and Nassau to Bermuda is over 1,400 miles. Nassau to Horta is nearly 5,000 miles, and I don't think anybody would want to do that in real-time on YSF. This could be a long-term project. I would need to expand the Caymans, then I'd have to make Hispaniola, the USVIs and BVIs, and Jamaica. I would have to change the colors of the ground in Puerto Rico to match the rest of the map. Then there is Cuba. No, I'm not really working on this. I quit making maps years ago.

I don't gamble.

Just because I released the Cayman Islands map today and just because I'm working on Jamaica doesn't mean anything. ;)

Prop cla runs at 2 and 3 rotations per second for high and low speed props. the dome on the e-3 rotates at 6 revolutions per minute.

unless there is a way to slow down the prop in the cla, then the techs onboard will have a stupidly high refresh rate.

I'm guessing it rotates ridiculously fast too.

That's YS unfortunately.

I remember reading somewhere that the 171st E-2 hawkeyes would have their radar domes rotate in replay only. not sure if this is actually the case or not. not sure how fast those rotated either.

Finally in the works of updating Creech Air Force Base, with somemore mountains, the dry lake area it's in, and the little town behind it known as Indian Springs. I have given it way more detail than the previous sloppy version, including track and field, baseball fields and much more! I have it finally up to scale, and another thing that's cool: it looks great. :)

The only thing missing (Like everytime): Start Positions. I found my old laptop, and hopefully I can send it to myself and install STP's on that thing.

---EDIT 7/15/2014 1:08 PM---

Nevermind, doesn't work. Now I have to contact Soji about this -_-

Beautiful map!

As for my current project, you can guess:
It has 4 miniguns, and was later equipped with 2 vulcans on top of that.
It didn't have the 30mm Avenger, although its makers were well familiar with it.
