After at least three crashes today in server (and 1 crash last night), I finally managed to land the monstrosity of a cargo plane known as the An-225 Mriya, thanks in part to a little help from Gennaro. Landing the An-225 can be very hard at times.

Trumpet's of Jericho
Trumpet's of Jericho
by iqmal_97
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObJV_PITRjA]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObJV_PITRjA Some aircraft have a very specific place in history, and in no case is this more true than for the German Junkers "Ju-87 Stuka" dive bomber. Although it was nearing obsolescence even when World War II began, it proved highly successful in the initial German "Blitzkrieg" campaigns, and even today endures as a symbol of Nazi terror, despite the fact that by the middle of the war it was thoroughly out-of-date. Stukas were usually fitted with a prop-driven siren on the front of each main gear spat, using the wail of these "Trumpets of Jericho" to terrorize enemy troops in attacks. The ugly Stuka and its banshee wail became one of the most feared symbols of Nazi power, and remains so even today, exceeded only by the swastika in its notoriety. Pictured here is a Ju-87D series in Summer camo, releasing it's bombs just before pulling out of the dive above a rural Russian village, targeting T-34 and KV-1 tanks.
