The story
After the demise of the conceived Firestorm Demo Team in late 2014, with one of its original pilots being lost from YS, a new setup has been confirmed.
MD5Ray01 and KDFire, both members of the original FDT, have re-organized the team with SantiXgoIV, co-commander of the VT-137th Red Saints. The new arrangement carried out by these three have changed the team massively, ultimately for the better.
The aircraft
Departing from the aircraft of the previous team, the Red Saints-operated FDT has retained one original aircraft - the C-5M Super Vector, now permanently piloted by KDFire. The Super Vector now wears the colors of the VFA-51st Goldenhawks, otherwise known as the central squadron of collective Task Force 51.
The Stratoblade, once a black-body, blue-trimmed Su-47, has now been transformed into a highly-modified F-2 Viper Zero.
The Darkfire, the signature red-and-black Su-47 once piloted by FDT co-founder HawkbitAlpha, has now been replaced by the Red Saints' signature aircraft - the Blood Scythe, which is painted in the opposite color scheme.

MD5Ray01 - From Minnesota
Ray, the widely-known pilot of the Stratoblade (along with various other aircraft, including the AH-1G+ Lancer Cobra, T-2 ADV. Searchlight, and more) is undoubtably the biggest name on the roster of the FDT. With an uncounted amount of experience with unorthodox performances, the FDT is his first legitimate formation flight team.
SantiXgoIV - From Trondheim, Norway
The co-commander of the Red Saints (and second-in-command of Task Force 51 overall), SantiX is the pilot lying low. One of two Scandinavian pilots from Task Force 51 in YSFlight, SantiX has performed on YS as a private-server aerobatics pilot since 2006. One of the forerunners of Task Force 51 in YS (alongside J.D. and KingWishmaster), SantiX has over 600 hours of aerobatics flight, being well-prepared to take on the task of operating a show team.
