The YS Civil Aviation Server presents
The YSCAS Civilian Flight Night 2.

SERVER: civav.ddns.net

WHEN: Sunday, 9 August 2015 at 17:00 GMT (12:00 Central Time)

WHAT: This event is for VFR or IFR (depending on whether the pilot is flying in controlled air space) flying.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: On the day of the event, join the server at the listed time. Announce your planned aircraft, origin, and destination, then wait for clearance to spawn. I suggest adding your call sign at the beginning of your name. Ex.: "NatCom527-Patrick" That will make it easier for ATC to keep up with who is what.

MAP: Tennessee 2015

AIRCRAFT INSTALLED: Please see the Installed Aircraft 2015 page for the full list. These aircraft packs have been selected to give a wide selection of commercial and general aviation aircraft while being a small enough collection to be easy for each participant to install in full. Please contact me if you would like your VA's fleet installed.

Tomorrow is the day. I'll try to run OpenYS, so all versions of YS should be able to connect. If we have trouble, I'll switch to the stock console server from the 2013 release. Hopefully that won't happen.

you can expect to see me there Patrick. but ATC will have to use the in-game messaging to talk to me. and i'll be using the NCA King Air 200.

I'm not sure how many controllers are available for this event, but if ATC services are required I'll just handle all airports in Western Tennessee. That will include Nashville Metro International. Let's just call it Tennessee Center - West.

My general rant: I will call them blended winglets, not Sharklets; There is no CEO, it's just simply put, an Airbus 319/320/321, or the 320NEO, 321NEO etc. I didn't land IN DAL, I landed AT DAL. On the other hand, I did land in Dallas.

Hi! I make average, undesirable, boring grey maps for YS Flight!

Glad to here OYS held up to the job for this one - How did all you users feel about it? No damage?
I am an accountant working full-time (and some). I'm not here as often as I would like to be. Send a message if you need me. There are a few people in the community who can get in contact with me urgently if you need - don't be afraid to ask. I just don't check here as frequently as I used to. Sorry!
