Hey guys!
My name is Sean, I'm from Los Angeles County in the sunny state of California
You can all call me whatever you want, but as of now, I think I've heard every name in the book for us surfers
I'm 18 years old
Long story short, Ive been playing YS Flight for about 8 years, and didn't ever check out the possibility of an online community for YS until about 2 years later. In that time, I fell upon YS Pilots, which was a pretty cool site. I made alot of friends there, and I learned a ton more about the game. Ive been on and off there since then.
I was formerly known as Gremlinboy00 for those of you who remember
I LOVE THIS GAME! I have played many many flight simulators in my days, and lemme tell you, no matter how much better the graphics are in other games (which is crazy good...... even scary) I still will always love this game far more I don't know why, its just interesting, fun and makes me laugh every time I play because of the insanely stupid and awesome things you can do on it. (of course you all know this, but hey, I can rejoice too)
My hobbies I suppose are boat designing (race sailboats) sailing (of course) paintball, music definitely, and metal working.
My job is that of a welder and metal worker, I shape metal and I love to do all kinds of crazy and cool stuff with it.
umm I'm a counselor for troubled teens (kids with parent issues and the lot)
I'm a great friend if you get to know me
I'm not sure that i can ever be a monster to anyone, I'm not very mean
So yeah, I really hope that I can be of help to this site, and its really great to be back in a community for YS.
Il cya all around and hope to get to know you all better.
ohh and my screen name is ToxicSkylinesMH10 but off course you can all see that.
(Toxic Skylines because the LA air isn't too clear out here, maybe just a bit smoggy, ehh just a bit

If God had wanted the army to fly, he would have made the sky brown.
If God meant man to fly, He'd have given us bigger wallets.
If God had meant for men to fly he would have made their bones hollow and not their heads.

Re: Hey guys!
I sail Lasers, AMGs, Vanguards, CJ Flyers, Force 5s
and generally these are all smaller boats, which I used to race
(still race with the Vanguard)
I used to race Hobbie Catamarans (my FIRST boat was actually a Prindle catamaran rather than the more popular Hobie)
I sail large boats as well and is actually something I spend more time in unfortunately, (because I love going fast in small boats)
of the larger boats that I have sailed:
Hunter 45, Catalina28, 32, 38, 42, Paul Reveries 54, and a few others.
Of all the types of boats that Ive been on, I would have to say that catamarans are definitely the most fun.
Ive been sailing since I was a wee kid, maybe 5 or so.
In case your wondering how I was able to own boats and get the rare opportunities to sail other peoples boats, well, I went to all the yacht clubs around the counties, and I specifically asked them to kind of put me under their wings and show me what they know.
If you can get old people to appreciate your want to learn, they are the BEST teachers, and pretty soon, they will treat you like you're one of them

dude, that site looks pretty awesome
I'm gonna check it out again later, but I have to do some stuff right now, but I promise I will look again.

Re: Hey guys!
Cool beans, I never got into the smaller stuff but started on a Hick 35 (Australian Design, similar speeds to a Mumm 36) and recently I bought an Etchells which goes like a shower of sh!t .ToxicSkylinesMH10 wrote:(at MidnightRambler)

I know exactly what you mean about the old people, I took up handicapping at our club and since then they love me. I've also done two offshore races. All before 17

Re: Hey guys!
Probably the coolest, and fastest boat that I have ever owned, was a Nacra 18. THE BEST CAT EVER. hands down. That thing is fast, responsive
