ProPilot's hangar

Post by ProPilot275 » Fri Apr 08, 2016 7:05 pm

I decided to contribute something to the YSF community so I'm repainting a F-15E. What do you think about this paintscheme? Please give me a feedback :) :)

Concept looks good!

Is that black 0,0,0? (RGB) If so you might want to go for 24,24,24 from personal experience. Shading in YS works by darkening pixels, so 0,0,0 can't get any darker, and your aircraft may not pop out like you'd want it to.

As for the assymetry, I'm not a fan, but I'm loving the right hand vertical stab, and the left hand wing.

Finish designing in MSPaint first and come back to it, this has great potential.

Thanks 4 the feedback, Mr.Flake. You know, I'm thinking about creating a virtual squad like Grun in YSF... ;)

And with that I wish you the best of luck. Now I know what you are implying and to that I must say I am quite fond of my position as tactical officer for the vfa-49th and I do not intend to relinquish the position anytime soon. We're like family. I will say from experience that before you can lead, you must follow. That said don't get me wrong, I would love to see your squad develop. And that is why I suggest you join a squad first - i would like to see your efforts rewarded - learning command from an experienced leader would cement your new squads foundation. :D

This F-15E hasn't been complete in painting, however, this is my first F-15E prototype that I made its first flight and first combat this morning 7:30am UTC+1 :) Hope u will enjoy. Credit goes to UWM. And hey Flake, you could share this files to the community, you are free to do so. I'm a bit nervous to upload this

I just slightly update about the F-15E, which is from the splinter cam (above) to dark blue. It'd look more tidy and athletic. :)
