The name says it all. Post here anything interesting you've seen on ADS-B live tracking websites, be it strange, amusing, alarming, coincidental or whatever. Doesn't have to be your own picture.

^Actually that's perfectly normal. The ICAO standard is minimum 1,000 ft of vertical separation, which these two aircraft are. Happens all the time. :)

My general rant: I will call them blended winglets, not Sharklets; There is no CEO, it's just simply put, an Airbus 319/320/321, or the 320NEO, 321NEO etc. I didn't land IN DAL, I landed AT DAL. On the other hand, I did land in Dallas.

Yes, but right over top of each other? In the middle of the Tasman Sea? I can't help but think of what would happen if one of their altimeters was faulty... but then again I'm probably just being paranoid. :roll:

Yes, right on top of each other is fine too. And the scenario you're thinking of is why basically all modern airliners have TCAS.

Also one aircrafts starting airport is the other's destination, so im guessing that it is not too far from that airport.

Not to be picky but at 39,000 feet, I doubt that aircraft's destination is anywhere near close. ;) If I were to surmise I'd say this is just another routine mid-air crossing.

The 737-800 is flying from CHC (Christchurch) to BNE (Brisbane); the 787-800 from CAN (Guangzhou) to CHC.

But we digress.
