I'll take a look at it. I'd like to get it into the server schedule.

Re: West Virginia version 3 09272014
I removed the parked aircraft for when I run it on the server, so hopefully that will help bring down lag. I get better frame rates with this than at Honolulu on Guam to SoCal, so I think it will work.
Those elevation grid towns look amazing. When I get time I'm going to fly around and explore a little bit.

Well to tell the truth pat I really don't care for the ground color I chose for the Plain West Virginia map I think it is to bright.I think there should be a bit more brown to it.Will removing the parked planes not cause an error message on log in? And most of the airports are lite so night flying is an option particularly in the winter version. If I might ask a favor could you make a map like you do for yours with names.I do not have the editing software to do it myself or I would. All I have is the stock paint.

I kind of like the Summer Dawn's ground color.Gunny wrote:Well to tell the truth pat I really don't care for the ground color I chose for the Plain West Virginia map I think it is to bright.I think there should be a bit more brown to it.
As far as I can tell, ground objects are completely set by the server, and shouldn't cause any errors. They simply won't appear, even though the version of the map you have installed still has them. That said, I'll try it with the parked planes first and if nobody reports lag I won't bother.Gunny wrote:Will removing the parked planes not cause an error message on log in?
Those night lights are great.Gunny wrote:And most of the airports are lite so night flying is an option particularly in the winter version.
Sure.Gunny wrote:If I might ask a favor could you make a map like you do for yours with names.I do not have the editing software to do it myself or I would. All I have is the stock paint.
