Better than most people in this town; the DSL lines here are limited to 12mbps for some reason (coastal / normal ADSL2+ is limited to 24mbps). The NBN.co have laid down new fibre connections from here to the coast, but unfortunately either the problem lays with our node, which requires upgrading, or they're lazy and haven't connected it (the former is more likely though).

It's because some of your ping destinations, are like 6-7 ms away.

Although your ping's dropped a bit, are you sure your provider changed anything?
Just so you know, everytime you do the speedtest you'll likely get a slightly different result, but that's due to network traffic, both in your computer (programs and services checking for updates, etc) and in your town, etc as network nodes have more or less traffic to redirect.

I don't know they said say something about ping. Also the time difference between the two tests is about 1 hour so I doubt the traffic changed much.

My amazing, high-speed internet.

It all depends on the quality of the server, but my internet is awful.

Forgot to mention: my test was also done wireless. However our package is the 10MB/s one so that's about right.
