No one's here yet? Well then...
I'll keep it short:
The name's Greenhorn, and I've been a member of YSFHQ for just a little over 5 years now. My marketable skills are semi-competent doodlings and apparently being a somewhat humorous bloke. I've primarily flown in the civil area of YS, but have dabbled in a touch of aero and a fair bit of combat YS.
I promise to be an admin if elected.
Vote Greenhorn 2018
You shouldn't, but it's better than nothing!
Super cereal bit cause my post is a wee bit anaemic:
In line with the agreeing nominees, we propose to restore the former appointment based system of administration for YSFHQ. Legitimate interest in the election system has waned to the point of irrelevance, making these proceedings entirely unnecessary. We, and those who vote for us, agree that a consistent team working in harmony will offer the best administration system for this forum.

Still sticking around here to support this fine community. Been a part of the administration staff since the founding of YSFHQ aside from a couple periods here and there, haven't burned it down yet!

I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but I've always been around. I had a little bit of time in adminship here, where I was part of the team that led to us shifting from Teamspeak to Discord (along with setting up the server itself). Beyond that, I've served in admin and moderator roles on various forums that I've been on. For the most part, I'm a fairly easy person to work with in when in power, and I tend to work with others to get the job done.
I'm not gonna post that whole spiel about proposing to restore the former appointment-based system, though I will weigh the pros and cons of it if it's proposed.
