This month's addition to the NCA fleet is the Learjet 23. The original model was made by Owl as a Learjet 35 and heavily modified by me into a -23.

Also, the 'Ohana AIr Virtual fleet has now joined NCA for operations in the state of Hawaii. The models were slightly bloated, so I simplified them using Notepad. File sizes were cut in half or more, so they will hopefully cause less lag when being flown online. There were also a few miscolored polygons that I corrected, the lights were improved, and the number of flares were increased in the .dat files. Also, a new addition to the fleet is the CRJ-200.

When you download the new version of the NCA fleet, the old 'Ohana .lst file will be overwritten by a blank copy. You can delete that if you wish. It will not overwrite the original '/user/ohana folder. You can delete that if you still have it installed. The ohana pack will now be found at /user/nca/ohananca, where each aircraft's files are in its own folder.

PATCH: The Learjet 23 did not have the logos attached. This patch only contains the corrected .dnm. Just move the user folder into your main YSF and let it overwrite the file. I also corrected the main download.

In the first update to the fleet for 2016, several changes have been made. First, the YS-11 has been overhauled with windows and door panels, as well as improvements to the .dat file. The windows light up with the bomb bay door key. It was uncomfortable having the passengers and cargo enter the plane by means of phase shifting through the cabin wall. The 757-200 now has a moving rudder and light-up windows, as well as more-realistic lights. New to the fleet is the A300, which has the "10 Years" decal.

Men, you put your a380 to the boneyard. It's better that to let your a380 return to the sky. If you let it return to sky, I would love to see if you use Najmi's a380
The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.

This is the NatComAir 10-year anniversary fleet update. NCA was started 10 years ago in August. I am releasing it now because I can never wait to open presents and see what's inside.

I've been working on this for a while. I actually painted the Concorde last summe. I've had the A380 in a work folder since the day it was released.

I had originally intended for the An-225 to be the first aircraft in the fleet, but never got it painted. I based the livery on my original idea. I wonder what NCA co-founder 6558796 would think of it.

I forgot to mention that. The A380 livery was dedicated to you for your work on the 787.

Since the L1049 Constellation had to be removed due to rereading the repaint policy, I had to look for a replacement. Then I stumbled upon the HU-16 Albatross Iceman made for HQP GAC. Problem solved.

I modified the nose, reworked the landing gear, changed out the pilots to civilian people, and added lighting.

I just uploaded an update to the NatComAir pack. The aircraft are (mostly) the same. The new Citation X is included, and its .dat file has been changed to reflect the removal of the pilots. The biggest change is in the .lst files. Please delete all air-natcomair* .lst files from your aircraft folder.

YGL Flies Again!
Image

That's right! Today, YS Flight Global officially returns as a division of NCA Group. The four divisions of YGL, Global, Regional, THI, and Stellar, return to operations as part of the NCA family and are now included with the May update to the NCA pack. This includes all of your favorites from the early days of YGL, along with a few new additions.
Global Airbus 320neo and 380 at NCA headquarters in Memphis.

Stellar CS100 and Regional Saab 340 at Cashville International Airport.

But wait! There's more!

The May update also includes an overhaul of many .dat files throughout the fleet to improve flight characteristics and viewpoints, including those dashcams Turbofan has been talking about for so long! Thanks to Turbofan for all the hard work!

There are also many minor bug fixes to visual models.

But that's still not all, because if you download now you will also find the special, collector's edition "100 Likes" Lockheed L-100. Thanks to everyone who has "liked" us on social media! Now you can haul your stuff around in style. Included with this special aircraft is:
  • A barbecue pit made from a rusty, old propane tank
  • A box of my favorite sugar-free, yellow beverage
  • The Sword of Confusion.
NCArgo "100 Likes" L-100 flying over Groom Lake.

I strongly suggest deleting the .lst files from previous installations of the old YGL fleet to prevent confusion.

Turbofan and I have been working together for the past several months. He has been working hard on his Atlantica map while I have been working on some major updates to the YGL fleet.

I've just uploaded the newest update to the NCA Group pack. Global Airways gets a new livery on some aircraft, Global Freightways (a refresh of the old Global Cargo) is launched with two aircraft. Regional Airways has been renamed Metro Connect and all aircraft got a new livery.

There has been an update to the NCA Fleet. The Global Airbus 320 has returned (non-Neo) with the new Global livery and special "Turbofan" decals.
