Open GL, possibly, with graphics turnt up.

Plus those look like some clean scenery's, possibly neocons maps, as for the stock maps aren't half that quality.

Indeed, thats Patrick/Neocon's epic Azores map. ;)
And yeah, you need anti-aliasing to get this quality and get sharper detail. (My anti-aliasing is on 16xQ... 8-) )

Mine too and I set my graphics card on highest setting possible and my computer has been overclocked by it's previous owner and still no good quality as your's
