P.s As modders we would never intend to stop a project. You can actually carry on with a model as long as you get the required permissions before release.

thank you Dan! ill pay more attention next time!Dan wrote:You have my permission to modify the F70 model, please credit where appropriate. In future check if any model you want to use has a modification policy, if it doesn't then just credit the original modder to respect the work he/she did. Thank you for your cooperation I look forward to seeing the aircraft in the skies.

Yep! I do admit myself for doing it! I joined here in 2012 and then left until February 2013, when I made my first map released to the public (Durango). Then, I overworked. I was trying to make maps to quickly (24/7). I left in March 2013. And until very recently have I been active. I'm taking things much slower now and I learned it the hard way twice! Find something else to do that will take up a lot of your time if you need to. Take a break for a day or two, or just fly around in YSF. While right know you feel like you're never going to leave this place, there will come a time when you become annoyed at something in Blender or you just get bored and become less and less active. Keep up the great work, but know try and stretch the timespan of that great work!Gunny wrote:I concur with Pat ksh.Churning out these paints is impressive. But it will become tedious after a while take our word for it.Do yourself and us a favor and slow down some.We have seen far too many talented modelers and painters in YS chuck it in because of burnout. And we do not want to loose good talent because of it. Particularly ones willing to fill requests. That is exceedingly hard to come by these days

It's good to have other things to do and then some days, spend several hours on YS doing maps and such. I like to split my YS time between the squad, maps, air shows, and general marketing of YS. I still try to put a lot of time into it, but it's definitely in moderation. Of course most of all, life comes first guys!
