The A380 is ahead of its time. With the resilient passenger traffic growth for times to come (reference from Airbus's Global Market Forecast), plus congested airports, the A380 could not be ignored.

Whoa whoa whoa.
You can't just go about making mergers and an alliance. Did you contact the YSFederation first? Have you filed for a 1035ab/a tax form? You can't just go about creating monopolies and not pay up ya know.
Anyway congrats and good luck

Moa Airways will also have a special paint scheme. It will be made on the 757-200W & 717-200 aircraft. The the new schemes will be released in the second Moa Airways fleet pack along will some new types entering service with the airline.

I have a hunch that Barracuz may be, to put it delicately, 'extracting the urine'. If you know what I mean...

Theres a set process all VAs must follow if they want to merge. If you dont follow the procedure and file the necessary paperwork the merge is null and void

I don't think you understand, when they say alliance they mean they are partnered. Sorta like a code share. PAVA and ATVA done this years ago. It's not an alliance ysfan, just a friendly partnership between the two VAS (barracuz is just joking around with you

Actually. It's a proper alliance.
Nation's Alliance
And it's currently looking to grow.

Why it is too serious?
