To answer your question Doggeh, the intent is to have both at the same time. So if you're there to practice for the show, you'll be properly coordinated between and among incoming traffic and if needed, you'll have clear airspace for your rehearsal. There will be flying in before and after rehearsal that will be free of aerobatic displays though if you just want a nice ATC session. The aerobatic box will throw a curve to things though

Controllers, I will pass information to you guys and brief you within this week prior to the fly-in. If you can show up about an hour before so we can all talk and get last minute questions taken care of, that'd be great.
Pilots, there are a few things you should know about this fly-in (but don't be discouraged to participate). This is basically an open server time everywhere but Vuelo. There will be other airports you can fly in and around, however the Vuelo area will be controlled so you'll need to be in touch with ATC there (which doesn't mean we won't let you fly!).
Vuelo will mainly only accept arrivals during the fly-in and especially during the rehearsals. Handling departures in the airspace may overwhelm controllers if there is a lot of traffic so it may be possible for you to depart out of Vuelo, but please know that you may be delayed or denied departure at certain times. Consult the CENTER controller with any departure requests from Vuelo.
I will release charts soon that will depict all airspace and any information you might need to know about Vuelo for the fly-in. For pilots, we simply ask that if you're planning to fly to Vuelo, listen to the controllers instructions (otherwise they're authorized to use lethal force on your aircraft

That should be:
1730 Kujo's time 08Aug15.
2030 VNAF's time 08Aug15.
0130 UTC 09Aug15
1130 Flakes time, 09Aug15.
So yeah, we expect to arrive late in the evening. Controllers will probably be off duty at this time. However if people want to come back later in the evening to watch us arrive and perform you are most welcome to. Thanks for your understanding!

These charts represent the Vuelo Beach area and its airspace! The top chart depicts the airport control airspace (blue and pink circles) as well as aerobatic boxes that will be intermittently active (ask controllers which is active at that time). Please take a look at these charts as they will help pilots and controllers become familiar with the area!

-don't fly into the restricted air show boxes without approval
-listen to and do what ATC tells you
-talk to ATC before entering Vuelo airspace
Really not much to it. It's not necessarily like other ATC sessions. Consider it an intro to YS ATC sessions so it is meant to be VERY basic and simple.
